I studied law at the University of Zurich and got admitted to the Zurich and Swiss bar 1998, whereafter I obtained a doctor’s degree during my work as assistant of Prof. Peter Forstmoser, Chair for Private, Commercial and Capital Markets Law at the University of Zurich («Der Kollektivanlagevertrag (Art. 6 AFG)» SSHW Bd. 217, "magna cum laude"). Since I worked for renowned law firms in Zurich. In 2004 I obtained a master’s degree in corporate and commercial law at the University of New South Wales, Sydney/Australia. In 2011 I established my own law office.
